EXTRA INFO FOR CAPTIONS IF NEEDED: - Bisou Bridal helped Cristina custom make a removable lace top which changed the look of her gown between the ceremony and reception. - Cristina's Uncle works at and manages a rose export company and provided all of the roses for the couple's wedding as a gift. The couple were also able to visit the farm where all of the roses for their wedding were grown. - Cristina's Mom's best friend owns a fl orist in Colombia, Flores y Decoracion. She was able to source all of the decor required to execute Cristina's wedding vision. - The couple's invitations had hand calligraphy and were printed on recycled paper in Colombia. - The same padre that married Cristina and Curtis had married Cristina's parents 28 years earlier in the same church. He was fl own back to Bogota for the ceremony. - Having a photography session planned for the day after their wedding eleviated a lot of the usual stress on the day, Cristina said. - Cristina and Curtis' fi rst look took place in the courtyard of her grandmother's house. - The oldest of four girls, Cristina's three sisters and her best friend since four years of age made up her bridal party. - Curtis was supported by his brother and two friends as his groomsmen. - The wish lanterns were shipped from Asian to Canada and then travelled with the couple to Columbia before being sent up in to the sky at their wedding reception. (NOTE: The couple later found out wish lanterns are illegal in Columbia so we may want to omit these pictures from the article!)
