In March 2014, we surveyed members in our online panel about key advocacy issues, such as distracted driving, car maintenance, travel and speed limits. Of those 6,000 members surveyed: • 61% see other people using their cellphone while driving at least once a day • 83% think it's unlikely someone on their cellphone will be caught by police • 42% think more financial deterrence is needed to prevent Manitobans from using their phones while driving To join our online panel, email media@caamanitoba.com.
