TAKEFIVE Member Services & Benefits — caask.ca CAA Saskatchewan Earns Human Resource Development Award CAA Saskatchewan was presented with the Human Resource Development Award at the Saskatchewan Tourism Awards of Excellence Gala held earlier this year. The association was recognized for professional commitment to excellence, innovation, and the growth and success of Saskatchewan's tourism sector. It also received a couple more tourism industry awards this year (see below) and was recently nominated by Saskatchewan Tourism for the 2013 Canadian Employer of the Year Award: • Property Recognition (Saskatchewan Tourism) — for an exceptional level of commitment to staff development through occupational standards, certification, tourism apprenticeships, Service Best and other training initiatives. • Employer of Choice (Saskatchewan Tourism). Under its corporate scholarship program, CAA Saskatchewan offers three annual entrance scholarships of $2,500 each to students attending the University of Saskatchewan, University of Regina and SIAST. Applicants must be either a CAA Saskatchewan member or child of a member, and a resident of Saskatchewan. Congratulations to the 2012/2013 recipients of the CAA Saskatchewan Scholarship: Devanshi Parekh, University of Saskatchewan; Erin Marie Tonita, University of Regina; and Bryanna Aubert, SIAST.
