M A R C H 2 0 2 1 | 17 Plumbing Products American Standard offers a full suite with their new Studio S collection. "This collection offers its sleek, contemporary, customizable design across a complete suite of products, making it simple to remodel or refresh any bath- room," says Marlon Thompson, senior marketing manager, American Standard, Lixil Canada Inc. Inspired by the cool, modern look of urban spaces, Studio S is beautifully crafted and competitively priced. "It offers fully customizable modular versatility, ensuring lasting value for projects big and small, from a quick swap to a principal bath overhaul," says Thompson. Studio S simplifies the bathroom remodel process by providing co-ordinating products across categories such as double drawer vanities, co-ordinating sinks and faucets, a freestanding oval tub, and sleek toilets for an easier shopping experience. Grohe has introduced two new ceramics collections that include sinks and toilets to co-ordinate with its popular Essence and Eurocube faucet lines. "The new collections make it effortless for homeowners to create a seamless con- temporary bathroom esthetic that co-ordinates, creating a space that matches in form and function," says Isabel Carvalhana, senior marketing manager, Luxury, Lixil Canada Inc. From basins with various mounting options, to toilets designed with the brand's award-winning water-conserving technology, Grohe's chinaware features the brand's superior style, performance, and durability paired with precise, German engineering. Maax has recently released the NexTile built-in unit for ease of installation that is compatible with most 60-inch by 30-inch tub area. "With consumers looking for versatility in their bathing space and a premium look without the hefty price tag, NexTile checks a number of boxes," says Brian Corke, director of product management, bath and shower. "With its sophisticated design and innovative solutions, NexTile gives consumers the opportunity to upgrade their style and space. It's an easy alternative to ceramic tile that's both budget friendly and style-savvy." There is no surface coating to chip or crack, and the instal- lation is easy with panels that fit through existing doorways. "It can be easily installed by one person by quick, direct-to-stud nailing," Corke explains. FAUCETS AND SOAP DISPENSERS Bradley Corporation's new matching touch-free Verge soap dispensers and faucets add a unified design element to today's commercial washrooms. "The Verge soap and faucet pairs come in an industry-leading collection of four styles, six popular finishes, and the most advanced features available to help achieve every designer's vision," says Kris Alderson, senior marketing manager. With a variety of shapes – from graceful arcs to bold angles – Verge soap and faucet sets complement any washroom design. The pairs enhance the sophisticated look of Verge washbasins and work seamlessly with any other basin. Advanced sensing touchless technology provides a hygienic, smooth, and reliable handwashing experience. "Optimized sensing eliminates false activa- tions while enhancing accuracy and power consumption," Alderson explains. Hidden sensors deter tampering and longer spouts increase handwashing space. "With its ergonomic design, Bradley's easy-to-access, top-fill multi-feed soap system supplies soap to up to six dispensers at once, which is perfect for high-traffic applications that feature multiple hand washing stations." LED light indicators illuminate when the tank begins to run low on soap or power. Verge faucets have multiple low-flow options to match water saving prefer- ences and multiple run time options to fit the application. "To minimize germ build-up, the faucets' auto-flush feature flushes the water line every 24 hours. A manual valve override feature is available for longer water flushing," she says. The Bold Look of Kohler takes on new meaning with the company's intro- duction of the technologically advanced Graze Collection of kitchen faucets. Streamlined but substantial in nature, the design of the Graze Collection draws from inspiration deeply rooted in Americana, with its strong silhouette evoking iron railroad spikes and the rugged steel industry that produced them. A sturdy square base and high arching spout present an eye-catching fixture that makes a definite design statement in the kitchen. Graze faucets offer users a choice of water sprays to toggle between as needed: Sweep – a strong blade of water ideal for cleaning dishes as well as the sink; Stream – an aerated flow for speedy filling of pots and pitchers; and BerrySoft – a light spray designed for gently cleaning produce. Through the Kohler Konnect app, users can monitor their water usage and receive notification if an unusual water flow is detected. Konnect works with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and the Apple Home Kit. Available on Graze's pull- down faucet configuration, the Kohler Konnect voice activated technology can turn the faucet on or off, pour specific amounts, or fill preset measurements . . . all hands-free. Additionally, state-of-the-art motion-sensing Response technol- ogy offers touchless on and off activation with the wave of a hand. Graze uses Kohler's patented DockNetik magnetic docking system to firmly secure the sprayhead into place, as well as ProMotion technology so that users can easily pull down the faucet head and angle it in all directions for efficient clean-up. The faucets' ceramic disk valves exceed industry longevity standards and the MasterClean sprayface resists the mineral build-up that can reduce water flow and is easily cleaned with a swipe from a damp cloth. Graze's Semi-Professional design includes a Tight Coil Hose Cover that allows for easy cleaning, as well as the SwitchGrip Sprayhead that rotates in 90 degree increments so that the user can conveniently adjust the buttons to their preferred direction. Graze faucets are available in Polished Chrome, Vibrant Stainless, and Matte Black finishes, and several configurations including Semi- Pro, Pull-Down, Pot Filler and Swing Spouts, in Bar (smaller faucets) and Side Spray (larger faucets).
