• YOU DON'T HAVE TO LIMIT YOURSELF to
one store. Register at two or three favourite
retailers to give guests more options.
• HAVE FAMILY AND FRIENDS spread the
word about where you're registered, or add
a link on your wedding website. No matter
what, it's a faux pas to include the info on
your invitations.
• CHOOSE ITEMS at a wide range of price
points, to accommodate guests with
varying budgets.
• IF YOU PREFER TO RECEIVE CASH,
consider registering on a website designed
for accepting cash gifts. But keep in mind
that some guests will still prefer to buy a
traditional gift.
• DON'T DELAY SENDING THANK-YOU
notes. You don't want guests left wondering
if you ever received their gift.
