W hile driving safely this winter, let's keep in mind the CAA Worst Roads Campaign. Because by spring, some roads may not have survived the annual assault by ice and snow. Potholes, cracks and severe rutting will emerge out of the slush, and poor signage and congestion will add to the general malaise, making them difficult for motorists, pedestrians and cyclists to share safely. e purpose of the campaign is to spotlight danger- ous road conditions in the province, and to point out to government authorities those roads in most need of attention. Working towards better roads and driving safety is a priority for CAA Saskatchewan. e 2015 CAA Saskatchewan Worst Roads campaign will be launched online next spring.
