Fair Fail
After not going for years, and then
attending this year—specifically to
see the Game of Thrones exhibit—let's
say "disappointed" is an understate-
ment ("What's plaguing the
PNE?"
BCBusiness.ca/tourism-culture). The
PNE needs major draws. The Thrones
exhibit was a good try but poorly exe-
cuted. Find a fair guru (poach a Disney
employee!), invest some major dollars,
spruce up what's working—and for
goodness' sake, keep the entry price
low so it's actually conceivable to come
back a second day in the same season!
