Eric adds.
Involving an event planner in their wedding prepara-
tions was a decision the couple highly recommends.
"Because Cristina had taken the time to get to know
us, she could make tweaks on the y knowing what
would ful ll our vision," explains Carly. "She also told
me not to worry at all about the schedule on our
wedding day. I'm typically very detail oriented, so it was
great to not have to think about that."
While there were endless highlights on their
wedding day, taking the opportunity for a " rst look"
before the ceremony is still a moment that resonates
greatly with the couple. As well as helping calm the
nerves, it allowed the couple a private moment together
before the whirlwind of the day began.
"She looked as beautiful as ever," Eric says of seeing
his bride for the rst time.
"It was a really special moment and the start of an
amazing day."
