Jenna and Kevin warmed up their fall wedding with plenty of handcrafted touches put together by the bride, her bridal party and her mother. The couple chose an autumnal palette of neutral earthy colours accented with gleaming gold tones. by soft blankets and steaming cups of cocoa from the pre-ceremony hot chocolate bar. Glittering warmth was the order of the day, thanks to a palette of natural earthy tones and pops of sparkly gold, with touches of fresh greenery throughout. "Aside from rented vases from Delovely Creative, charger plates from Sweet Beginnings and flowers from the Flower Factory, I made 100 per cent of our wedding décor with the help of my bridesmaids and my mom," says Jenna of the numerous handmade touches, like the fabric ribbon curtain for the ceremony's backdrop and the mirrored seating chart written in gold paint. "It was really special; it gave me a lot of opportunities to hang out with them." After the ceremony, guests made their way to the lodge's train station for cocktail hour while the photog- raphers coordinated family photos with the bride and groom. "I don't have the words to describe how much I love Gucio Photography," says Jenna. "ey're kind, funny, talented women whose calming presence is what every couple needs on such a high-emotion day." Next, everyone moved to the ballroom for a family- style dinner, where the bridal party sat with their signif- icant others and Jenna and Kevin sat with their parents. "It was really lovely to have that time with them, as brides and grooms tend to spend the whole day with their bridal party and friends," says Jenna. At the end of the night, the adventurous, fun-loving newlyweds kicked up their heels with friends and family. "SideOne was def- initely a highlight of the evening," says Kevin, "ey got an entire room- ful of guests to sing along to Bon Jovi's 'Living on a Prayer' and I got the once- in-a-lifetime opportunity to dance with my mom to a Kanye West cover." rw
