The growing trend for guys is a hold- over of the bold florals and botani- cals normally reserved for warmer months. Orchids, roses, palmettos and carnations are blooming on every- thing from shoes to sweatshirts and T-shirts to ties. But will this burgeon- ing movement take root with the everyman or wither on the vine? Come September, the skies over Vancouver will once again turn grey and drab.
