takefive Member Services & Benefits – caask.ca Diamonds Are a Hotel's Best Friend Save the Date Congratulations to the Radisson Marla Preston, general manager and COO of the Radisson Plaza Hotel Saskatchewan, accepts the CAA/AAA Four Diamond Award from Fred Titanich, president and CEO of CAA Saskatchewan. Plaza Hotel Saskatchewan for receiving the CAA/AAA Four Diamond Rating. The rating recognizes refined and stylish hotels offering an extensive array of amenities, a high degree of hospitality and keen attention to detail. As such, only five per cent of the more than 30,000 properties approved by CAA/AAA achieve this distinction. The Radisson now joins Saskatoon's Delta Bessborough as the only two Saskatchewan properties to have earned the Four Diamond Rating. CAA/AAA-approved and Diamond-rated hotel and restaurant listings can be found in the TourBook guides available at CAA offices or online at caask.ca/travel/triptiks-maps-tourbooks. Smartphone users can also locate Diamondrated establishments through the TripTik feature in the free CAA Mobile app available at caa.ca/mobile. Congratulations to the 2012/2013 winners of the CAA Award of Excellence for Roadside Assistance. Only a handful of the 200 CAA contractors from across the province are recognized each year for going above and beyond in providing emergency roadside assistance to CAA members, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
