One-of-a-kind wonders Vancouver's unique geography lends itself to many interesting meeting spaces and places, whether it's right on the ocean, at the top of a mountain or in a heritage building. Your event is only limited by your ability to imagine the possibilities IT'S All about the view Wow your attendees with some of Vancouver's most spectacular scenery. The Canyon Lookout at one end of the Capilano Suspension Bridge features a deck cantilevered 300 feet above the rushing waters and lush forest greenery of Capilano River. Heated tents allow this area to be used during any season for dining events for up to 220 people, or book the whole venue for receptions of up to 800. Literally one of the loftiest venues Vancouver has to offer, getting to Grouse Mountain is half the fun: Attendees are whisked to a mountaintop hideaway via a mile-long aerial tramway, with views of the city and waterways below. At the top, they'll find meeting rooms with 360-degree city, sea and mountain views, as well as a theatre, alpine cabin and traditional Longhouse Hiwus Feasthouse. With tents, this venue can accommodate as many 1,000 people for dining, or more for a reception. Skyride Gondola to Grouse Mountain Located right downtown but still high above the city, the Vancouver Lookout treats delegates to a spectacular 360-degree view of the urban and natural settings of the harbour and North Shore mountains. Host up to 250 for dining events, or 500 for a reception. For a more down-to-earth scenic setting, consider the Stanley Park Pavilion – a heritage building nestled within the Rose Gardens offers rustic charm and dining facilities for 200, while tents provide space for 1,000 or more. With an event cruise, you don't have to choose just one stunning Vancouver view. A boat or yacht charter can host up to 275 people for dining or 450 for a reception while touring your attendees through False Creek, along English Bay and around Stanley Park. Science World 56  unique venues EXPLORE INDOORS Make your event an edifying experience at one of Vancouver's cultural and educational venues.
