Ash is an active champion and advocate for inclusive hiring practices. His tireless e orts to break biases and
stigma have resulted in thousands of people being educated every year on the importance of challenging
our perceptions of a community that many actively avoid, doing this through social connections over food
and as a result, creating advocates and allies for a marginalized group that desperately needs them. He has
led the way in creating an inclusive work environment at Save on Meats which has a 50% employment rate
of persons with barriers.
