F E B R U A R Y 2 0 2 0 | 19 design-forward Sicilian motifs, SMEG's bold, hand-painted appli- ances are a unique, made-in-Europe collaboration between SMEG and Dolce&Gabbana. "The collection is an exciting adjunct to our SMEG Portofino Ranges and the bespoke FAB by SMEG fridges that we revealed last year," says Euro-Line's Mark Eglington. "Like FAB, these new top-of-the line small and large appliances are also taste- fully adorned with Dolce&Gabbana's signature decorative style." Designed with absolute attention to quality performance, the show- stopping suite of products includes: Portofino ranges and hoods, as well as SMEG toasters, citrus juicers, coffee machines, kettles, blenders, stand mixers and slow juicers. All are decorated with traditional images including: gold lemons, citrus fruits, prickly pears and bright red cherries, framed in triangular and floral motifs called crocchi. "Each piece is both a collector's item and a symbol of an esthetic inextricably linked to famous duo of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, and, of course, SMEG's leading interpre- tation of Italian culture and innovative cuisine." CLEAN LINES FOR ALL For designers or consumers who love the look of clean lines and ease of access, Fisher & Paykel's CoolDrawer is a great addition to kitchens, bar, and entertain- ment spaces. This singular solution is designed to fit flush and integrate into existing cabinetry. With five temperature settings and the ability to transition from refrigerator to freezer at the touch of a button, the CoolDrawer delivers complete flexibility. "Integrated kitchen design has been a significant part of the Fisher & Paykel esthetic for a long time," says Pierre Martin, VP of marketing. "Our integrated appliances allow total design freedom, which is a feature that yields itself across esthetic and style preferences." Known as inventors of the DishDrawer dish washer, Fisher & Paykel now offers the Double DishDrawer, featuring 15 different wash programs to suit con- sumers' needs. "This is another example of integration as the single or double stacks on the DishDrawer can be fully blended into existing cabinets to make them disappear from sightlines," says Martin. Finishing off the custom design options is the Fisher & Paykel 24-inch Integrated Wine Column. "This unit has the capacity for 90 bottles in two independent temperature zones," says Martin. "It can be faced with custom panelling or stainless steel." A Appliances SMEG's Divina Cucina line available through Euro-Line Appliances. Fisher & Paykel's CoolDrawer.
