The Fair at the PNE.
THE FAIREST SEASON
Summer brings a bumper crop of festivals to
communities across BC. Here are three of our
favourites:
1. THE FAIR AT THE PNE
The mother of all BC summer fairs, the PNE
returns to Vancouver's Hastings Park August 18–
September 3, bringing all of its thrilling rides, tasty
treats and must-see shows. Expect all-time
favourites like the SuperDogs, along with a few
exciting new additions for 2018: the Goo Goo
Dolls, Jann Arden and Cyndi Lauper, to name a
few. Plus, brand new this year: Popnology, a show
celebrating the influence of pop culture on
technology, where sci-fi fans can geek out with
Oculus Rift virtual reality tech, 3-D printers, the
Back to the Future DeLorean and more.
