Honourees Recognized at the
MB Awards and Fundraiser Gala
On December 7, 2017, the Canadian
Mortgage Broker Association – British
Columbia community gathered at the historic
Rosewood Hotel Georgia in Vancouver for the
MB Awards and Fundraiser Gala.
It was a marvelous evening held in
celebration of our industry, replete with
glamour, live music and fine dining. e
event was in support of a great cause,
with over $5,000 raised for Canuck Place
Children's Hospice.
CMBA-BC has been a proud supporter
of Canuck Place since 2002 and in 2015
chose to make this organization its charity of
choice. In the last two years, members have
helped to raise over $78,000, with proceeds
going towards medical respite, pain and
symptom management and end-of-life
care for terminally ill children.
On this special occasion, the CMBA-
BC also honoured several members of the
broker community whose outstanding
achievements have helped to drive our entire
industry forward.
