A BCAA Insurance Adjuster gives reassurance in a soggy situation

ids will be kids, and sometimes they do make a mess.
But little did one
BCAA Member know that when she
turned her back for a moment, her four-year-old son
would leave the bathroom faucet running. With the drain
clogged, water spilled out of the sink onto the family's
laminate floor, where it seeped into a bedroom, too.
BCAA Insurance Field Adjuster Mori Hillman took the call.
"I reassured her that these things happen; that we have
handled many claims like this in the past and there's no dark
mark against her for having water damage," he says.
Sometimes a calming voice can make a stressful day a
whole lot easier. By listening attentively and outlining next
steps, Hillman helped her through the worst part of the ordeal.
And he was there for her throughout the process of getting back
to normal. "It feels good working for
