Leadership isn't just a value at our school, it's embedded right in the curriculum. At SMS, girls lead assemblies as early as Kindergarten and are supported by an uninterrupted continuum of skill-building opportunities as they grow. At the high school level, our Leadership courses—unique to SMS —focus on communication skills, public speaking, organization, problem-solving, and service learning.
