hint of Pantone's Colour of the Year,
rose quartz, as the hue for this four-
tiered cake. Fondant frosting and
handmade sugar roses with leaves
and buds gilded in edible 24k gold
add to the elegance. Garden Party

with roses and seeded eucalyptus
leaves placed in tiny gold mercury

Au Naturel (opposite)
A two-tiered vanilla cake, iced in a
rustic style with buttercream frosting
by Butter Baked Goods, is topped
with white flowers and deep green
foliage. Celsia Florist placed
renauculas, lisanthias, hellebores,
ferns, peonies and astrantia in lightly
tarnished brass vessels to carry
through this beautifully haphazard,
