Shade of True Love
Inspired by wedding gown embellishments,
Ganache Patisserie's four-tiered cake is a
creamy confection draped with vintage
elements of lace, dainty floral blooms and
pearls, set in a modern monochrome
palette. These tactile touches are offset by
the simplicity of the middle tier, adorned by
a single lace-embossed gum paste flower.
Granville Island Florists paired the cake with
white garden roses (the symbol of true love),
renauculas and hellebores in silver vessels.
