The company also reported finding a new zone of dissemi- nated copper-gold mineralization (the Berkey zone) in a recently logged but unexplored part of its claims. Followup drilling began in October. The region hosts the province's two largest copper-molybdenum producers, Teck Resources Limited's 97.5-per-cent- owned Highland Valley Copper and Taseko Mines Limited's 75-per-cent- owned Gibraltar mine. In 2014, Amarc Resources Ltd. drilled its Ike property, a copper-molybdenum- silver porphyry target in the Coast Plutonic Complex. Because of encouraging results, Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. has partnered with Amarc to advance the project. Another round of drilling began in the fall. Constantia Resources Ltd. has continued to focus on community engage- ment in relation to the Maggie copper- molybdenum project, near Cache Creek. Exploration drilling began in the fall.
