The cold temperatures and icy conditions bring high call volumes from members like you needing a boost, tow or new battery, and we want to ensure you have the best experience possible when making a service request. We've made recent improvements to make this high-traffic time easier when you call in, including installing a state-of-the-art phone system that features a call-back function. You can choose to remain on hold or we'll call you back when it's your turn. We've also added a new feature to our website (www.caamanitoba.com/ETA) that shows you the average wait times (updated regularly throughout the day) for a CAA service vehicle. We know you're busy and don't want to keep you waiting, so we've also created the CAA Service Tracker. It gives you an even more precise time of when to expect a CAA service vehicle to arrive so you can con- tinue to go about your day. This online tracking tool, also available through our mobile app, provides real-time updates and allows you to track each step of your service call along the way. Once your request has been sent to the service vehicle, you'll be able to view the driver's location,* as well as an estimated time of arrival. The free service also gives you the option to cancel a request.
