Primarily composed of undergraduate students from the College of Engineering, the USST also welcomes members from other colleges and departments including Arts & Science, the Edwards School of Business and the College of Medicine. The USST celebrated its 10th anniversary on May 22, 2015, when it showcased a couple of its projects including several iterations of prototype space elevators and nanosatellites. The team's current project is a second iteration of a Mars rover, which it recently took to Utah to compete in the University Rover Challenge. Placing seventh in the competition, third in North America and first among the Canadian teams, the USST will also be competing in the European Rover Challenge in Kielce, Poland, in September 2015. usst.ca Saskatoon author Yann Martel's Life of Pi is an adventure drama that has since become an international bestseller, having sold more than 12 million copies worldwide.
