To consider and approve financial statements of the Club for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2015, and the Auditor's Report thereon. 2. To elect Directors. 3. To appoint Auditors and authorize the Directors to fix the Auditor's remuneration. 4. To transact such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof. Members who are unable to attend the meeting in person are encour- aged to sign the instrument of proxy following this notice and return same to the Returning Officer, CAA Saskatchewan, at 200 Albert Street North, Regina, SK S4R 5E2.
