Judging from the responses to Trevor
Melanson's story about why Tim Hortons
can't compete with Starbucks in Vancou-
ver ("The Last Frontier," January 2015),
most BCBusiness readers not only dislike
Tims coffee ("Tim Hortons is just... so
horrificly bad"), they aren't too keen on
Starbucks either. Williams Hodgins
summed it up as: "We're not coffee
snobs, we're trendy snobs. The coffee at
both Tims and Starbucks frankly sucks."
Rod Mickleburgh tweeted: "Just not
hoser enough....hehe."
