The freestanding design of the Lyndon tub blends well into the current bathtub trend. "This deep tub is consistent with other DVX models and complies with industry standards," says Monteleone. C urrent fashion always makes a statement – from shoes to cars to homes. Selecting the latest trend in bathtubs and showers is no exception. Continuing its legacy for providing luxurious home spa options, Kohler offers two new freestanding tubs – the Sunstruck and Stargaze. "This year, we're continuing to see a favourable attitude toward freestanding bathtubs," says Donna Church, marketing and communications manager, Kohler Canada. "Their ability to create a focal point in the bathroom is undeniable. The Sunstruck and Stargaze baths are examples of how this style has been updated for the modern bathroom, while still harkening back to the traditional feel of a freestanding bath. Both bathtubs provide esthetic appeal and maximum comfort, and are made for deep soaking and relaxation with ergonomic design. The Stargaze even provides lumbar support at both ends, so you can stretch out in full comfort." A third luxury choice for modern Kohler bathtubs is the VibrAcoustic, featuring personalized hydrotherapy with six built-in underwater speakers. A unique addition to BainUltra's collection for 2014 is the Evanescence bath.
