Three Hundred Front Street West by Laurie Jones new level of class has come to downtown Toronto – 49 levels, to be exact. Situated in the heart of the entertainment district – directly across the street from the CN Tower and Rogers Centre (formerly known as the SkyDome) – Three Hundred Front Street West offers true luxury living. "We want residents to feel like they are walking into a building that is the same calibre as the Ritz Carlton, which is right next door," says Andres Valenzuela, assistant project manager with Tridel Corporation. "This is our flagship development so it is in the spotlight not only for Tridel, but also for our corporate partners that have a vested interest in the building." Three Hundred Front Street West has two components with the 49-storey tower rising above a smaller, 15-storey complex comprised of soft loft suites with 10-foot ceilings. The two independent structures form an L-shape, both with striking designs blending shades of black, white and grey. Suites range in size from 900 to 2,300 square feet, and by August 2013 were 90 per cent sold out with online sales coming from as far away as the U.K. The Signature Suites, located from the 44th to 49th floors, are larger and have higher quality finishes. From the 47th floor up the smallest suite is 1,500 square feet. The 47th floor units have a terrace with an outdoor kitchen, a hot tub and patio living space. "In addition to the amazing views of the city and Lake Ontario, the building has first class amenities on the 15th floor of the tower including fitness facilities, yoga room, steam and saunas, a private dining or meeting area and a card/games room," says Valenzuela. A Street West, along with Festival Tower, was one of the first to have the added height in the area." Tridel Corporation adheres to LEED standards for all of its projects, but Three Hundred Front Street West is done to LEED Gold level.
