Pretty in Pastels
Designer Aniko Kovacs of Garlands Florist
created a delicate, textural spring bouquet
using pink and lavender hyacinth, rose
'Emmanuel,' double pink tulips, dianthus
'Green Trick' and jasmine vine.
Cupcakes head pastry chef Saskia Nollen
calls her cake the "Paige." A four-tiered lemon
sponge layered with silky vanilla buttercream,
fresh lemon curd and raspberries, it's covered
in rolled fondant with pretty "flowers" added
for a touch of whimsy.
