illnesses, our work isn't done. Every year, over 130,000 kids and
youth rely on BC Children's Hospital, including those facing the
most severe health challenges. It's imperative that we prioritize
every child's well-being, ensuring they receive timely intervention
when it matters most. Because the health of today's children
shapes the future health of our society.
Achieving our goals requires visionary and passionate advocates
who are dedicated to championing children's health. That's why
I am delighted to announce Julia Kim as the newest Chair of the
BC Children's Hospital Foundation Board of Directors. As the
Board's leader, Julia guides an exceptional group of community
and corporate leaders who inspire us to constantly dream bigger
in our quest to transform children's health care.
As one of the world's top 10 pediatric hospitals, BC Children's is
home to a remarkable team of medical and research minds who
possess the bold ideas to drive progress. With leaders like Julia
