is an international series of events
aimed at inspiring young women in Grade 9-12 to
pursue careers in skilled trades.
Each event features hands-on workshops in the
motive power, industrial and construction trades
led by female mentors.
• 1300+ students participated at 10 events last year
• 93% are considering careers in skilled trades after attending
• 50,000+ participants at 123 events by 2027
