Created by the Canada Wide Media advertising department in partnership with MIDLAND APPLIANCE S ince 1984, Midland Appliance has been making its mark in the Lower Mainland. This summer, the company will open a third show- room in Langley, which joins existing operations in Vancouver and Rich- mond. Although Midland has grown to employ more than 100 people, its service remains one-on-one, genuine and custom. Midland Appliance specializes in bringing luxury to any residential development project. The team works closely with industry professionals including designers, architects, builders and developers to find the perfect solu- tion to any kitchen. In addition to over 50 luxury and premium brands available, Midland recently added Signature Kitchen Suite to its arsenal with a complete line of cooking, refrigeration, wine refrigera- tion and dishwashing options. "SKS's mission is to produce best in class luxury appliances with leading edge technology," says Stephan Byns, director of sales at Midland. "It takes cu- linary adventures to a whole new level." Made for forward-thinking home chefs who marry their passion for food with their appreciation for technology, Signature Kitchen Suite offers innova- tive features that provide flexibility and precision and elevate the entire kitchen experience. "Technicureans are achieving res- taurant quality cooking results at home with the advanced use of technology and premium ingredients," Byns says. Signature Kitchen Suite's 48-inch Dual Fuel Pro range, for instance, fea- tures two ovens—a full-size convection oven on the right side and a combi- nation steam oven on the left. It also offers four gas burners, two induction burners and is the first range of its kind to offer built-in sous vide functionality. Signature Kitchen Suite's refrigera- tion lineup was designed to preserve the integrity of food and keep ingredi- ents fresh. The French door and column refrigeration offers large capacity, and a five-mode convertible middle drawer is every organizer's dream. Midland's SKS displays have many of the appliances showcased in demo mode, so customers can explore the functions and features during their shopping experience. With an expanding team and new store openings in the pipeline, Midland Appliance recently launched a refreshed brand look to help tell the story of the company's brand evolu- tion and continued growth. "We've spent the last year refining our brand identity to reflect our core values and quality offerings—a new image and new logo, but same ideals, same qualities," says Jaclyn St. Pierre, brand marketing manager at Midland Appliance. While the rebranding is a chance to share Midland's story, their custom approach, commitment to quality and personalized service have not changed. The sales teams take the time to get to know their customers and understand their lifestyle needs so they can curate a list of appliance rec- ommendations that are a beautiful fit.
