"This unit has to be incorporated into planning a kitchen design at the same time as a built-in fridge, stove, or cooktop. Some models of the Galley workstation can be up to 10 feet in length, with an 18-inch-deep basin. That also helps to extend the usable work- station area without compromising your cabinets or anything underneath. From there, you can put undercounter wine storage or undercounter refrig- eration or freezer, or even dishwashers." Midland Appliance offers Signature Kitchen Suite (SKS), a luxury brand of kitchen appliances: from cooking, refrigeration, and dishwashing, there are a range of options for any home chef. "New to the market, SKS is leading the way in innovation with new technologies in their ranges," says Sylvia McDonald, designer sales. "Their new 48-inch dual-fuel range offers a combination of all the new technology. The Ultra-High burners allow for better searing and quick stir-fry. There is also an induc- tion function for precise cooking, plus a built-in sous vide, which allows you to cook a steak to perfection." The SKS range features two ovens, a full-size con- vection on the right side and a combination steam oven on the left. "Convection is perfect for roast- ing and baking, while the combination steam oven offers a healthy way of cooking vegetables, meat, and fish. This unique range offers all the best cooking technologies together in one unit," says McDonald. Adding to the luxury option, Signature Kitchen Suite's French door and column refrigeration offers large capacity and seamless integration for both functionality and design. The TG Appliance Group is now distributing the LG WashTower, touted to be a modern-day solution to buying a separate washer and dryer, then paying to have them installed, particularly with stacked models. For people who are small in stature, the WashTower lets you leave the stepladder in the closet. "It's an all-in-one solution that is affordable, stylish, and innovative," says Iris Brown, product manager, Tasco Appliances. She explains the ultra large capacity makes it easier to finish laundry in fewer loads. AI technology, with the help of built-in sensors and monitors, regulates wash cycles according to the fabric, load size, and dirt-level. "You don't have to worry about sorting or choosing cycles. It also allows you to control it remotely and sends maintenance tips and alerts with the help of the ThinQ app and Wi-Fi connectivity. We think it's fair to say that the LG WashTower makes it quite difficult for us to pro- crastinate doing laundry since all we need to do is put the clothes in and take them out," says Brown. The stylish appearance adds to a home aesthetic with its sophisticated design, available in Black Steel and White. LG WashTower has earned the asthma and allergy friendly certification from Asthma Canada and Allergy Standards Ltd. for its superior performance in ridding fabrics of allergens.
