The challenges of today's connected business world are immense, but cybersecurity tops the list. In fact, recent trends within cybersecurity statistics reveal a huge increase breached data from sources that are increasingly common in the virtual workplace, such as laptops, tablets, and mobile and IoT (Internet of Things) devices. Security breaches have increased by 11% since 2018 and by 67% since 2014, and the research confirms most smaller companies have minimal cybersecurity practices in place, leaving their data unprotected and making them especially vulnerable to data loss. According to the Uni- versity of Maryland, hackers attack a connected computer an average of every 39 seconds or 2,244 times a day. Enter Tego Cyber Inc., a Nevada-based company that has developed a threat intelligence platform designed to source and help organizations identify and respond to threats in a timely manner before they cause irreparable harm. The way Tego Threat Intelligence Platform works is by pulling in raw cyber threat intelligence from Tego Cyber Inc. brings cybersecurity to new heights in the Canadian market. IN CYBERSECURITY, CONTEXT IS KING C R E AT E D BY BCBusiness I N PA RT N E RS H I P W IT H TEGO highly trusted and curated sources, including government agencies and private feeds. Using a proprietary process, the platform compiles, ana- lyzes and then delivers that data to an enterprise network in a format that is timely, informative, relevant and compatible, with additional context, including specific details needed to identify and counteract the threat so that security teams can spend less time and effort searching for informa- tion and more time reacting to threats. Tego's solutions are backed by a highly experi- enced founding team that identified an opportunity to deliver an advanced threat intelligence platform using proprietary software solutions for the enterprise space. Together with long-time New York technologist Michael De Valera, cybersecurity professionals Troy and Shannon Wilkinson founded Tego Cyber Inc in 2019 with a mission to develop innovative, automated solutions that would help companies stay nimble against an ever-changing cyber threat landscape. Version one of the Tego platform is set to be released in Q1/2021 and will integrate with the SPLUNK® SIEM platform to provide real-time threat intelligence with context to macro enterprises. In addition to opening on the OTC Markets in the United States, Tego is coming to Canada. It plans to expand operations into Canada through British Columbia, opening an office in Vancouver or Kelowna, and intends to apply for co-listing on the Canadian Security Exchange or Toronto Stock exchange in the next four to six months. ■ For more information please contact info@tegocyber.com or investor@tegocyber.com Twitter: https://twitter.com/tegocyber LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/ tegocyber Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/tegocyber TEGO CYBER INC 8565 S.
