In June 2018, my family and I really enjoyed
walking along the Greenwich Dunes Trail on the
northeastern side of Prince Edward Island. The trail
took us through a grassy field and shady forest before it
opened up to a boardwalk, which skims Bowley Pond, to
reveal the beaches of the Gulf of St. Lawrence. It was
amazing to see the sand dunes slowly being covered by
vegetation, as well as the deserted red beaches. What an
unforgettable experience!"
