Universities Grant MacEwan UnivErsity Established in 1971, MacEwan University is Alberta���s newest university, and recently became a full member of the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada (AUCC). MacEwan University offers a dynamic mix of four-year bachelor and applied degrees, diploma and certificate programs in fields as varied as liberal, fine and performing arts, science, communications, business, and health and community studies. Located in Edmonton, Alberta, MacEwan University is focused on providing a personal learning experience with engaged faculty, where teaching and scholarly activity are integrated to enrich the student experience. This approach helps students succeed in starting careers or transitioning to graduate studies. Currently, MacEwan University degree alumni are enrolled in graduate schools across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. MacEwan University students benefit from small class sizes, individualized instruction, superior student support services and modern facilities. When surveyed, 96 per cent of students indicated they were satisfied with the overall quality of their education at MacEwan University.
